1.How can I pay on the Internet?

You can pay on the Internet on the site www.MoneyBookers.com. This is a means of electronic payment by credit or debit cards with no restrictions all over the world.First, you have to register at www.MoneyBookers.com at the menu “Register”. Then you receive an e-mail with your user’s identification number and a password, which you will have to write in the appropriate lines when you pay via MB.The actual payment is done via the site of MB, to which you will be automatically transferred after you enter all the necessary data.

Neither we, nor our employees will ever ask for the number of your credit or debit card. You enter MB and then you enter your user’s name and your password for access only after you have ensured that your browser indicates connection to www.MoneyBookers.com by a secure link/icon, with a black lock at the bottom of the screen.

2.How can I pay by bank?

If you have decided to pay by bank, we would like to inform you, our clients, about the following:
The money sent by bank usually gets into our account for up to three workdays. If you make the payment at the same bank where we have also an account or at a bank, which is a direct partner of our bank, then we receive the money for a few hours. It is important for you to write at “Reason of Pay” at the payment order or the cash receipt a sentence - for example: order of a picture, a portrait etc. as additional information.

3.I want to pay by bank, but I haven’t got a bank account

Then you send the amount by bank but not by a payment order but by a cash receipt, which is available in any bank.

- Do i have to pay commissions if I pay by bank?

When you make a payment by bank, the sender pays the commissions, as they are collected when you send the money at the bank. Whereas when you pay on the Internet, you don’t have to pay any commissions for the transaction.

Additional information:
As your order will be delivered after we receive the money in our bank account, please send us an e-mail with the number of the transaction immediately after you send the payment order or the cash receipt. Thus, the quality of the service is better and the service itself is faster.

4.I want to make an order but I don’t know the price because it hasn’t been specified

5.Are the authors of the works of art you are offering experienced enough?

All the painters at BGAptClub are professionals. They are talented masters with great experience not only as participants in exhibitions in Bulgaria and as diligent painters in their workshops, but also as people who can directly contact their clients and models. You can also be impressed by their attractive work on the picturesque alleys of the biggest Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach, where you can feel the unique atmosphere that their easels, paints and pictures create.

6.What is the point of making my registration?

You can easily register at our site and the registration is very fast and completely free. It gives you the opportunity to use all the services on offer.

Everyone who registers has the chance of getting bonuses and discounts when he makes an order.

7.How can I receive the picture or anything else I have ordered and paid?

A courier will deliver your order for free.

8.How long does it take to get my order?

It depends on the complexity of the order and on how much work our painters have at present. That’s why the time needed is negotiated individually, as well as the materials and the size of the ordered painting. For any further information, orders or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

9.How can I order a painting or a portrait and make sure that I will like it when I receive it?

Please, give a short description of the painting or the portrait you wish to order.

If you order a portrait to be made by photo, please send us your photo and make sure that its quality is good.It is recomended that you send two or more photos so that we and you can choose which one is the best. The better the quality, the better we will succeed painting your portrait. If you have any special preferences about the background (a sea landscape, a sky, greenery or a special colour for example), please send them to us.

You can also ask for our advice, which we recommend. All the consultation we give in the process of submitting your order is completely for free. Do not worry to ask for any advice. Relax and let us freely discuss any particular matter that arises.

When you order a portrait by photo, it is preferable that the photo be digital and to enable us make it faster, send it on the Internet. (If you send the photo by post, you have to allow the sufficient time to receive it and be ready to wait for about two or three weeks.) After you show us your photo, we are going to ask you about the details, which will help make your portrait really beautiful. (These could be, for example, the precise colour of your eyes and your hair; any distinctive features such as freckles, specific curves or characteristics you would like to be painted, but are not clearly visible in the photo. You can also specify if you would like your clothes or anything else to be painted in a different way- we can change whatever you want. We would also ask questions about the colour of the background you desire when the portrait is colourful and when it is a black and white portrait, you can choose it to be lighter, darker or grey. There is also the option of leaving the choice to our professional painters who can pleasantly surprise you with something more than you have expected.

10.What information is needed to complete my order?

-Your full name
-The adress where the order will be delivered
-Contact information - E-mail and a phone to confirm the order
-Information for payment method(it is recomended, if you are paying via bank please send us the scanned paying sheet)
